This was our final for sophomore English, 1st semester. The lyrics relate to the violence and whatnot in The Princess Bride, The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, and Lord of the Flies. Enjoy.
Humperdinck marry girl But girl already in love Lusting for a man in black Peaceful as a dove Prince H get very nervous And build a death machine And sucked the life from man in black He wasn't very keen Fighting never wins Cuz dolphins don't have fins Never solve problems, never break your chin All you do is lose School boys crash on island Get off to a bad start Ralph and Jack make the war of the century And everyone loses their heart Kids get lost with nowhere to go Many just took a hike It all ended up with death and destruction And Piggy's head on a pike Fighting never wins Cuz dolphins don't have fins Never solve problems, never break your chin All you do is lose Caesar was head honcho And always made a fit Ambition got the best of him And then he soon got hit Stabbed many times from all over Murder at it's best Brutus, Cassius all happy And JC laid to rest Fighting never wins Cuz dolphins don't have fins Never solve problems, never break your chin All you do is lose
Just wanted to let you know that your song is absolutely amazing, I'm actually putting it on my iTunes and on my iPod when I get it. I loll'd at 'Piggy's head on a pike' bit, and the entire song was a joy to listen to (The ending was hilarious) ... Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful piece of work. Great jorb!David Carpenter
